Nick joined Securities America in 2012. He has been a part of the Branch Office Development team for the past 2 years. He serves as the Regional Recruiting Director for CO, UT, NM, ID, OR, WA, and AK. He also partners with many of Securities America’s OSJ and producer group offices in their branch expansion efforts and recruitment of new advisors.
Prior to joining the Branch Office Development team, he worked as a Senior Representative Relation Specialist where he provided quality service and guidance on our current representatives technical inquiries. Nick’s broad range of internal knowledge and relentless work ethic makes him a valuable asset to the team.
Nick truly believes that Securities America is one of the industry’s finest independent broker dealers. The combination of industry leading technology, top-tier practice management, robust fee based services, and Midwestern service culture, coupled with their products and payouts allows advisors to maximize their practice and provide extraordinary service to their clients.
Nick is working towards the completion of his MBA at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he graduated in 2012 Summa Cum Laude with his degree in management, and minor in marketing. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Schyler and their dog Wrigley. Nick was born and raised in Nebraska and is an avid Husker, Chicago Cubs, and Detroit Lions fan.

Forster began his career as a financial advisor and became a recruiter in 2010. He quickly established himself as a high performer in terms of recruited gross-dealer concessions (GDC), assisting recruited advisors with smooth transitions, and providing solutions for advisors amid the changing regulatory landscape and increasing client expectations.
Forster is enthusiastic about serving as Securities America’s regional director for financial institutions branch office development.
The Financial Institutions Division holds its annual Financial Institutions Conference in Omaha, NE, where the focus is to help drive the continued growth of its institutions-based financial advisors and program leaders. The conference features a unique opportunity for these professionals to hear directly from the Securities America leaders and managers who support them each day, and from leading product partners. Highlights of the event included a panel discussion on new developments within each area of the Financial Institutions Division, presentations on maximizing non-qualified assets, effectively leveraging Securities America’s practice management resources and extensive networking opportunities.
