Securities America welcomes Richard Mullaney of Queenstown, Maryland. Mullaney is joining Securities America Super OSJ, Branch Development Partners, Leesburg, Virginia.

Mullaney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS credential is granted only to CPAs with significant personal financial planning education and experience. A PFS combines extensive tax expertise and comprehensive knowledge of financial planning.
Mullaney, who oversees more than $43 million in total client assets, focuses primarily on wealth management for individuals, families, business owners, executives and non-profit organizations, and comprehensive tax planning including income, gift, trust, and estate tax issues. The 18-year financial industry veteran provides detailed financial planning with customized programs designed to grow, protect and conserve his clients’ wealth. He is committed to lowering his clients’ tax burdens and improving their long-term financial position. He combines tax planning with investment strategies in helping his clients reach and maximize their financial goals.
