Securities America Welcomes Gary Bender as First Vice President and National Director of Recruiting
LA VISTA, Neb. – Nov. 20, 2014 – Securities America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE MKT: LTS), announced the appointment of Gary Bender as first vice president and national director of recruiting.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bender joins Securities America with a deep understanding of strategic leadership and recruiting strategies that align with the independent broker-dealer’s long-term growth plans. He has a proven track record of recruiting and retaining diverse groups of advisors from small to large branches including entire broker-dealers.

Prior to joining Securities America, Bender held executive positions at Woodbury Financial and Royal Alliance. He holds the Series 7, Series 24 and Series 63 licenses.
