Securities America Rolls Out Industry’s First Customizable Recruiting Kit
Securities America recently unveiled the first customizable digital recruiting kit in the financial services industry.
“Consumers today expect a customized online experience, whether they’re buying a car, purchasing a home or choosing a broker-dealer,” said Gregg Johnson, Securities America executive vice president of branch office development and acquisitions. “With this tool, the advisor controls the online experience of researching Securities America.”
At a single web page, advisors and recruiters can quickly select information from categories, such as culture; advisory services; technology; practice management; wealth management; marketing, compliance and supervision; payout and pricing; and financial institutions. Then, with a simple click, selected sections are added to a kit or multiple kits, ready to be reviewed, saved as a PDF or emailed.
“Traditional recruiting kits typically include details about every program and service a broker-dealer has to offer,” Johnson said. “They don’t take into account a 30-year-old wirehouse advisor going independent and a 55-year-old OSJ wanting recruiting support are searching for completely different information. This kit puts any prospective advisor in control of the specific information they want from us.”
