Advisory Business

Securities America allows representatives to provide fee-based services to clients as an independent advisor representative through its corporate RIAs, Securities America Advisors and Arbor Point Advisors, or their own independent registered investment advisor.

Securities America Advisors (SAA) is an SEC registered investment advisor founded in 1994 with more than $30 billion in client assets under management and administration. IARs of Securities America Advisors can custody assets at either National Financial Services or Pershing, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corp.

Arbor Point Advisors is an SEC registered investment advisor founded in 2012 with more than $1.75 billion in client assets under management and administration. Arbor Point Advisors brings independent advisors the best in technology, practice management and growth programs from industry thought-leaders Securities America, Orion Advisor Services and custodians with highly recognized consumer brands.

For advisors who currently operate their own independent RIA, our hybrid platform provides the convenience and flexibility necessary to support and grow. Advisors can manage client assets on a discretionary basis while Securities America handles all the administrative work, such as advisory fee calculation, invoicing and deductions, and performance reporting. This lets the advisor concentrate on managing assets and growing advisory business.

Whether they conduct fee-based business through SAA, Arbor Point Advisors or their own independent RIA, advisors can manage all of their clients’ assets on one platform, making it much easier to get a clear picture of overall holdings.
