Executive Vice President of Branch Office Development and Acquisitions
Gregg is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction to advisor and branch recruiting, corporate acquisitions, broker-dealer transition efforts and the Financial Institutions Division. Gregg and his team assist prospective advisors with evaluating how Securities America’s programs and services will aid them in meeting their business goals, then work with them during the onboarding process. Additional strategies include growing the Securities America branch network and expanding the firm’s presence in the financial institution marketplace. Prior to joining Securities America, Gregg worked as a financial planner in the independent broker-dealer channel and as a senior financial advisor for a large national bank brokerage unit. He also led one of the largest independently owned regional banks in the country to start its own broker-dealer program.
Gregg earned a Masters of Business Administration from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.
