Chief Financial Officer
David joined Securities America in 1994 and has held various positions in Operations, Licensing and Accounting during his career. He was named “Manager of the Year” in 2007 and was promoted to first vice president, controller in 2008.
David was promoted to vice president of finance in 2012, where his role expanded to include leadership of Securities America’s Accounting, Compensation, Branch Office Exam and Risk/Internal Audit teams. His responsibilities include financial reporting, forecasting, planning and risk management for the company.
David and his wife, Brigette, enjoy traveling to tropical destinations. In his spare time David teaches group fitness kickboxing and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Creighton University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is an inactive CPA and holds the Series 7, 24 and 27 securities industry licenses
